Problem is the decision rule allows us to rule out people with virtually zero risk Need a tool for those with moderate risk. Like doing a ddimer on a PERC negative CP. Sometime you just have to conclude no need for the test, no disease

In hypovolemic patients, both Trendelenburg and Passive Leg Raise significantly increased Cardiac Output, but only PLR seemed to sustain this effect after one minute. No need for both!

I really feel that some people neglect and overlook compassion because they associate it with religion. Of course, everyone is free to choose whether they pay religion any regard, but to neglect compassion is a mistake because it is the source of our own well-being.
