I wonder if we'll now here British steel workers being described as the 'out-of-touch, metropolitan elite' by people who made millions shorting the pound on the day of the referendum.

Never ceases to amaze me how people who screamed about “breaking point” and millions of Muslims being on their way dare label others “Project Fear”.

My grandmother fled the Nazis in 1938 and got out by the skin of her teeth, her brother had an even closer escape, their father and half their extended family never made it. This analogy is so utterly offensive it’s hard to express how disgusted I am

What proportion of the original Labour vote is this new party likely to command? I could see it hurting the Tory vote, as centrist Tory's escape the Con hard-right turn. Given new party would mostly attract soft-right types, would help Labour!

The People: 'We're worried about our schools.' 😳 MSM: 'Not worth covering.' 😴 Fewer people: 'But we're worried about our schools because of IMMIGRATION.' 🤬 MSM: 'Regardless of facts, these concerns are legitimate & deserve much coverage.' 🤔

WH: Brennan "leveraged" access to sensitive info to make a series of "unfounded and outrageous" accusations. If they're unfounded, why did he need access to this information to make these accusations? What does 'leveraged' mean?

Thanks for your comments - I am sure people will make up their own minds about your view on the so-called 'African gang problem.'

We have a huge problem in the NHS right now. Today, doctors & nurses will go to work in grossly understaffed hospitals. The govt have let this happen & underfunded the NHS for 8 yrs. 40,000 nurses short, 10,000 Drs down. Understaffing leads to bad outcomes. Who gets blamed?

It is a disgrace that this Tory Home Office is failing in its moral duty to grant asylum to vulnerable children

Hi - this is the appropriate response to racist, dog-whistle politics. Show leadership and address the statement in the proper way - with a full and clear denunciation.

That office clearly much demeaned in recent years. The US government - currently - acts mostly as a proxy for corporate control. Apparently it's quite in easy job if you don't take it seriously.
