IOS 13.2.2 broke my corporate email using the default mail app. Not able to get any new emails. Factory reset and is still an issue. How can we fix?

It looks like is only on iPhone 11 and IOS 13, have user on older models that are working. Is slow getting mail but is working

This is not expected and we can certainly take a look at this situation together. Which email service are you using exactly? Can you also tell us the iOS device that you are noticing this issue with? Have you been able to restart your device since noticing this?

IPhone 11 XS we are using exchange, having multiple people with the same issue. Some are not able to view emails pass 2 weeks, same issue happen when initially updated phone to version 13.1 seems 13.2 fix the issue then 12.3.2.2 broke the app again

Same issue! It is unacceptable to see a company of this size shutting down their clients businesses! I have a 11 pro & just place it in a drawer as 13.2.2 killed the email app as well. Went back to my iPhone 6 & won’t do any update. must act quickly to resolve this
