True but have personalized it to my circumstances. I know my risk profile, know the rate iam paying (prime) and iam comfortable with the decision to do both, paying more than the minimum toward my debt whilst investing.

Emergency fund should be easily accessible and is in a high interest earning savings account whilst funds that won't be needed for more than 5 years in invested in a diversified portfolio

I would be interested in viewing this portfolio over a period 6-12 months performance as opposed to a point in time. Some duplicates, would be better to own a ETF that covers the top 40? what is the portfolio strategy? What role does each share play? What is the goal?

Thank you, short term cash makes sense but surely in the long run equity is a better asset class or is it moving more towards foreign equities? Will be interesting to see what happens in the upcoming quarters
