When I was a baby Rx Intern working in hospital, had to put assemble IV bags on shift Senior RPh said I should wear a white tshirt so if a bag broke we could have a “contest” Spoke with manager about the comment and was told to “not take things so seriously”

Have used fat grips to help with calluses and build grip strength at the same time. Definitely have to back off on the weight initially, but I’ve found them helpful. Good luck!
