Good practice is to provide a handout for the reading part and give the lecture supported by the slides; if you really want to engage learning theory, use fill in the blank handouts for them to fill out as you speak😉

GTD tools for sure: capture, review, calendar management have made big improvements; seeing it as a system helps too. Finally, knowing when to say no vs yes (although saying yes early in your career gives you so many advantages in term of learning and reputation)
