Every 2 years TASC hosts a National Ambulance Memorial Service. The pandemic means we’re not able to meet together as planned; this video allows us to pay tribute, and to remember family, loved ones, friends and colleagues who are sadly no longer with us

Day 5 of Week - We have produced a film that focuses on safeguarding non-mobile babies with non-accidental injuries. Our colleagues can find the film in this week's issue of Enews. Staff from other trusts can watch the film by contacting their Safeguarding lead.

We were privileged to be asked to contribute learning for National Week. Our film focuses on non-accidental injuries in non-mobile babies and how frontline staff raise a safeguarding concern for that child following a medical assessment on scene and at handover.

It’s retro time again! This beauty is from 1973 and belonged to Derbyshire County Council Ambulance Service. For those of you interested, it is a Bedford J1, 6 cylinder 3.0 litre engine. Thanks to our friends @AmbulanceHeritage for sharing with us.

Anthony definitely deserves to enjoy his retirement. 43 years in the ambulance service is incredible and we're sure he has lots of stories to tell. The mind boggles to think of how many lives he would have made a difference too and the changes he would have witnessed first-hand.

came into force in England on Monday for both indoor and outdoor gatherings. It is vital that everyone plays their part in slowing the spread of the virus in order to protect lives and to ensure that the NHS can cope as we head into winter.
