Get the chief nurse on board. Individual conversations with ward managers and ward consultants. Daily early morning bed meetings including ward managers or matrons. Ask the wards to choose if they want to send a nurse , Matron or clinician to choose from AMU which patient to send

Consistency in board rounds, clear identification of simple/supported discharges, accurate PDMS, nurse facilitated discharge, accurate discharge plans and pre planned TTOs/transport etc plus collaboration across the system!
