Paratrabecular lymphoid aggregates in BM are "sessile" (flat, broad-based) and closely hug the bone trabeculae. These are a classic finding in follicular lymphoma (see image). Nodular lymphoid aggregates can be adjacent to ("para") bone but are not considered "paratrabecular".

Only endometrioid and mucinous carcinomas should be assigned a FIGO grade. The others are considered high grade anyway. In cases of mixed carcinomas, the highest grade should be assigned.

Monomorphic post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder, EBV(+) DLBCL: EBV(+) cases show characteristic geographic necrosis, and are more likely to have a non-GC phenotype (as was seen in this case)

"Tangled up capillaries in mucinous material" is thought to be a diagnostic feature on FNA of "Colloid Carcinoma" of the breast (and other sites). This breast FNA is NOT from Colloid (mucinous) Carcinoma but from a Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma of the breast, an extremely rare tumor.

An important teaching point - "Metastatic Lung Adenocarcinoma" occasionally may have a single cell pattern in effusions, as seen here, sometimes referred to as "Pseudo-mesotheliomatous". I've seen it with breast as well. Note cytoplasmic opacity and some binucleation.
