Según tu comentario nos indicas que tu máquina tiene año y medio, por tanto, estaría en garantía. Ya que, siempre ofrecemos 2 años de garantía. Si nos pasas todos tus datos y los de la máquina por privado, podríamos enviarte una nueva batería sin coste. Ya nos dirás 😀.

Las baterías son consumibles que en algún momento deben sustituirse. Si tu máquina está en garantía y tu batería falla; Dyson se encarga de enviarte una nueva batería sin coste alguno. Por favor, escríbenos por privado con tus datos para poder gestionarlo.
