(My guess/gut sense) If this virus was even a tiny fraction as transmissible as flu, rsv, etc, we'd already have a whole, whole, whole lot more confirmed cases in the developed world. This really is acting like SARS, and quarantine was completely effective there in the end.

Saturday totals show 4883/12,036 confirmed cases are outside of Hubei province but only 10/259 deaths (and none in Zhejiang or Guandong). What do experts make of this? Reporting issues? or?

Lag time probably but if they have a better count on confirmed cases outside of Hubei, we may get a better sense of cfr in a week or two

Why aren't more affected? Would be good for the WHO to tell us the natural antiviral approaches. They're antibacterial & antifungal too. Pharma doesn't benefit from that. Nor do they notice Amazon is missing one. Externally. Disguised internally first. Seemingly. Ask your doctor?
