If you’d like to support the project, buying a zine would also go towards us running the workshops ❤️ You can do that here:

Fundraising for the session allows us to keep the workshops ‘pay what you can’ for participants and cover overhead and access costs

We’ve set up a Ko-fi to raise money for online zine club sessions. These would provide a space for ill/disabled makers to come together.

It’s International Zine Month! has some great prompts for it, this is today’s 👇. For us, zines are a creative outlet that allows us to tell our stories as we want them to be told - not filtered or to fit into an alternative narrative or agenda 💕

I've wasted so much time worrying I don't look queer enough or that I'm too sober for queer spaces but reading and making queer zines and working with has strengthened my connections and sense of pride and continues to be a lifeline. Queer zines forever.

This is brilliant! If you head to the Hearty Tales website, you can download a mini zine featuring a number of heart haikus. They’re also interested to hear from people with heart conditions for the next zine ❤️

We do not want our friend to be failed by the healthcare system that constantly fails Black women. If you can, please consider donating and helping M get the diagnosis needed to be able to receive the correct treatment.
