These dramatic pictures were captured by an Al Jazeera team filming displaced civilians who had fled the advance regime forces into Idlib. The Syrian people are bombed where ever they go.

There is a mass exodus of people leaving areas of NE & S that are about to fall. The nature of my work takes me in the opposite direction to help the injured in areas that people are fleeing from. How is it that such areas can fall so fast?

It’s been a while… I’ve had to reduce my online presence… Some very hard times are upon us. For my safety, we have to delay sharing with you how we are working to save lives, as our hospitals are all being taken out one by one.

Shocking footage from today’s cowardly bombing of the only women and children's hospital in Maarat-al-Nouman. Men are not even allowed to enter this hospital. ONLY WOMEN AND CHILDREN inside. Many killed. Who will help give justice to the Syrian people?

2 year old Qaseem lost his mother and part of his face after an airstrike in . With limited medical resources to help him, he is now unable to eat or talk. Let us not forget the crimes against children, this regime is committing.

The merciless killing of children continues today in Syria, as the regime continues its advance into Idlib. Heavy airstrikes targeting Ma'arat al-Nu'man and surrounding areas. Sadly, most of the men in Syria have lost the will to defend the people.

Serious increase in the number of airstrikes in southern today. So far, more than 30 injuries in one hospital and many dead. Reports suggest that the regime is using more barrel bombs from helicopters as well as fighter jets.
