There is indeed AV disssociation! Dual tachycardia with paroxysms of focal VT from the moderator band with negative HV, excluding BBR. Termination/NI on 1st RF application from this MB potential.

... it’s the end of the day and cath lab staff keen to get last patient done quickly after busy day. I put a “quick VVI PPM” on the table to keep everyone happy. Fortunately I did a venogram first... Who else does pre device Venogram routinely? (1/2)
