Yes, but predominantly AF/OSA/HTN patients. HF population likely has most to gain from shifting to ketone metabolism . Amazing study published on cardiac physiology with "ketoinfusion". Thoughts from experts on these data?

It is much easier to tell people to simply not eat for a period of time rather than “eat less”. We are completing enrollment in our 16/8 pilot study in our EP clinic

Cardiac transplantation is the ultimate ‘delinking’ of the heart from the higher levels of the nervous system and the ultimate PVI. AF (beyond the post transplant phase) should prompt work up for rejection.

These are patients WITHOUT AF recurrence, can you share any data on remapping patients without AF with HPSD or current techniques? I am only aware of GAP AF, Pratola et al 2008, and Jiang et al 2014/16...
