It’s beautiful isn’t it? The 2-3 crystals of solid looks a bit lost in translation in the photograph - but they got a beautiful “stripe” of product and we able to explain their ideas about the movement of particles using great terminology - without instruction overload

Round 1 of the UK Chemistry Olympiad complete for 2019! Fantastic to see a record number of entries (>7000!) and many students getting very impressive scores on what must have been one of the hardest ever papers.

Try Tesco blue sweetened. Also fine in tea you need to add more milk to coffee than you’re probably used to as initially it seems to curdle but keep adding and it will look ok. Or make a latte. You probably won’t tell any difference to normal milk. Tried loads - this is the one
