Porque la glomerulonefritis se observa típicamente en el LES, menos típico en el SS 1rio, porque los Anti-DNA y Anti-Sm parece que son factor de riesgo para nefritis mientras que los anti-SSB parece que son factor protector para nefritis... And so on a so forth
