We are evaluating a new pick-up flow as we speak😇 we had our reasons and of course our intention was never to create something "stupid" or complicated. We simply had bigger features to roll-out this year. If it's gonna be QR codes or something else, we'll see soon🙃 Best, Eszter

Hm that sounds strange, however we only send billing information if there is a charge on your rental. If you ride without a membership and have not had a free ride, you should see it in your mailbox. Maybe it ended up in your spam folder?

Hey there, ah sweet to hear. Yes the rental overview is a feature we know is missing and therefore it is on our product team's list. Hope to roll it out in the near future, until then we still have the e-mail confirmations of charges and bookings. Best, Eszter

It is widely believed that to tackle traffic jams, cities should spend on car infrastructure. But a new study finds investing in cycling and public transport is a better way to reduce congestion, carbon emissions, nitrogen dioxide, and particulate matter:

We have accepted that cities must be places filled with noise (and the stress it brings) for too long. In reality cities can simply be places where people exist in close proximity to other people, no noise required.

Streets can generally be divided into 3 categories: 🚲Ones that DARE you to cycle 🚲Ones that ABLE you to cycle 🚲Ones that INVITE you to cycle Unless cities are striving for the latter, cycling will exclusively remain for the fit and brave. Graphic via

Hey. I had a great time cycling around Rotterdam on your E bike. It was extremely simple to rent / return. Just what I needed on a really windy day

Fährt der Kunde mit einem der -E-Tretrollern in eine per GPS vordefinierte Zone, wird die Geschwindigkeit auf Wunsch der Stadtverwaltung auf 5 km/h gedrosselt! Nettes Feature!

Biking in the Netherlands was such a joy. I felt at ease and safe at all times on these totally foreign streets. It’s sorta maddening considering I regularly fear for my life on the roads I ride every day in New York City.

We don’t need smarter, cleaner, greener more efficient cars, we actually need cities & places that are designed to minimise the need to travel by car to undertake everyday non discretionary activities.
