Hi. Sorry for the delay! That device is not approved for use on the Dominion Energy system. Dominion Energy does not allow the installation of equipment between the meter and the meterbase, or inside of the base.

Hello, there is an option to pay From Your Bank Account which will allow you to process a payment without being charged a fee. If you pay using your debit/credit card Paymentus our third party vendor does charge a fee of $1.65 for residential accounts to process payment.
