depends on the meal, but between 6 and 7 is optimal for me personally. If fish I can eat later, like 8 or 9pm, with no sleep issues.

Ate a little over 1 lb of Butcher Box burgers last night... too late. 8:30ish. Late night Red meat, especially with a glass of wine, kills Deep and Rem sleep numbers. Also, get the "elevated body temp" warning.

Not my opinion. This is published in a high impact journal called Clinical Nutrition. 10 yrs of continuous data in 10 GLUT1D patients is no small feat.
