Yoga and pilates are perfect Physical section activities you can do from home. You don’t need a lot of space or any special equipment and there is lots of great advice online and lots of apps to choose from. Enjoy!

As we approach Volunteers’ Week one of our Leaders, Hannah Lecky, suggested volunteering with a local foodbank which many of our churches are running. Thanks Hannah. This could be great way for a new participant to start their DofE volunteering.
