I'm no one too special, just a regular trauma surgeon trying to save the world one idiot at a time. Evidence or it didn't happen.

The difference between these things is that the flu does not go out and intentionally kill people. Most car accident fatalities are indeed accidents. But mass murders are intentional, and treating these events as somehow equivalent is utter bullshit.

He is explicitly stating that people are outraged over something that has a lower death rate than many other things, and we should therefore not act as emotionally. This is, and I cannot stress this enough, bullshit.

You seem confused, because I never tell my patients they are stupid. I do, however, call their actions stupid to their faces.

I am constantly outraged over all those things, especially when many of them, including mass murders, are potentially preventable. So glad I could clear this up for you.

The ones who do idiotic things to land in my trauma bay, yes. And I'm happy to tell this to their faces, and they invariably agree with me. How many trauma patients have you cared for, James?

Less than she did apparently. But that was quite some time ago, so comparisons may not be entirely fair.

To call this disappointing from someone as smart as is a massive understatement. Can we not strive for fewer medical errors AND fewer mass shootings at the same time? Can we not want a better flu shot AND fewer gun deaths? Be better than this, Neil.

Your trauma lesson of the day: Don't drink and bicycle. Don't drink and ride a motorcycle. Don't drink and argue. Don't drink and fight. Don't drink and walk. Don't drink and climb a ladder. Don't drink and use a power saw. Don't drink and use stairs. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE.

Oh, you mean you're basing it on your own worldview? You know, that thing that you keep accusing others of doing in formulating an opinion? Tsk tsk Paul. Hypocrisy looks rather ugly on you.

You seem confused, Paul. I cited a systematic review, which you somehow seem not to know is the pinnacle of scientific research, written by endocrinologists, who found no evidence to suggest that adrenal fatigue exists. So I am not suggesting anything. I am merely citing data.

1) You can still sue if you have already gone through the vaccine court. 2) People outside your country can also sue. There is a big world outside where you live. 3) No one is forced to get vaccinations. No one. However, if you choose not to, there are consequences.

Translation: Nothing you say will ever convince me of anything, because my mind is already set. Now I can mute you since everything I say to you is a complete waste of time. Thank you.

The rate of serious adverse reaction (anaphylaxis) from MMR is about 1 per million doses, and most people survive. There have been hundreds of millions of doses given, so I would expect a few. Nothing we do is 100% safe, and everything we do has the potential to harm. Everything.

Correct, it doesn't prove anything. It merely adds another study to the mountainous pile of studies already published showing that vaccines are safe and do not cause the myriad maladies you claim they do. But buried studies? What a fascinating conspiracy theory.

I realise the title of this systematic review of the evidence is a bit vague, but I'll post it anyway: "Adrenal fatigue does not exist: a systematic review"

Incorrect on both counts. Americans can die vaccine manufacturers, but the vaccine court comes first. And there are exactly 0 Americans who are forced to get vaccines. You are, and you remain, wrong.

Stop diagnosing people with bullshit diagnoses like "adrenal fatigue", Paul.
