When do you think they should raise rates? Unemployment low, economy 'booming'. Housing market is having a soft managed landing and some areas still 'standing tall' as you say. Surely now is the time to raise rates and give savers a return?

it's sad doc you got no idea why you are calling for rate cuts besides falling property prices...besides stubbornly low inflation and avg wage growth..all the other figures don't justify a rate cut..its the low rates that have created this mess..lowering them will do sweet FA

So you want punters who are already tapped out with debt to take on more debt. Unfortunately Doc it could be time to pay the piper. Low wage growth is making punters poorer by the day.

Cutting interest rates is hardly going to get the savings rate up, now is it? You are just pleading for a rescue of your favourite overvalued asset class, as usual. Time to take some pain, old chap!

All the old fart baby boomers and Gen X are crying for a rate cut to stem the bleeding of their investments which they are all in on and recklessly over leveraged. Laughable stuff.

Doc, are you pretending to offer prudent advice, or are you missing the official memo?...They're letting this bubble burst. The shorts have been placed. We can all see it, clear as day.
