I need to build and deploy 2 bundles from the same codebase. I wanted to checkout + yarn just one time (job-0) and then parallely build+deploy my bundles (job-1a, job-1b)

And to be complete -- I was planning to use the `jobs.<job_id>.needs` keyword to declare job dependencies.

Actually my "artifact" is more or less the entire working dir. e.g. in the previous GA version, each subsequent actions had access to the "same" work dir, so if you fetched your dependencies in a previous action, you could use them in every steps below.

Err I thought it was it but it seems that each jobs runs in a new instance... I guess I'll have to checkout and install deps in each job
