RE-SPECT ESUS study: In patients with embolic stroke of undetermined source (12.6% had PFO), dabigatran 110/150 mg BID did not reduce stroke vs. ASA at 19 months, but increased clinically relevant non-major bleeding.

Handy set of guidelines. Had to pull them up the other day for someone with H. pylori - can never remember the dosing in the quadruple regimen which not everyone realizes is first-line now.
