Highly recommend this book by ! The RN in me loved the science & history. As someone who’s been though the ICU as both a patient & family member, I really valued the meaningful focus on human connection. Great for anyone involved with the critical care world!

Cold front moving south today with patchy light rain and drizzle. Brightening-up in N this afternoon with some sunshine. Dry and chilly tonight with a few pockets of mist/fog. Ground frost in rural spots. Dry and settled tomorrow thanks to high pressure with sunny spells.

Sunny spells in SE today boosted the temperature in Usk, Monmouthshire to over 22°C. Much cloudier elsewhere but sunny for a while in N Pembrokeshire thanks to a hole in the cloud over the Irish Sea.

Could change but at the moment next Saturday looks fine and warm with winds from Spain and N Africa. Sunday may turn cooler and unsettled.
