Drop an email or give them a call - it was hard to justify economically in our case with a nearly new gas boiler, but if you're looking at a new heat pump anyway...

Now here I DO agree. Fuel cells for use in long distance large trains, DOES actually make sense. H2 also in super HGVs and ferries / ships/ sone renewable storage am sure has a role. Just not cars I don’t think.

Interesting if you have the capital, you can do both! Can put heat into Sunamp's battery with a hot water loop (e.g. from heat pump), or in other models from electric heater (eg Solar PV or economy tariff). They're on Twitter too...

UK subsidies are...drum roll...not as attractive; it’s my hope that in the absence of a Govt willing to upset the heating industry, that some bright businesses like help to get ‘heat as a service’ off the ground.

A good start would be to stop building new houses with gas boilers. Surely we can work that out......

Greg Clark asked by SNP about why he is still blocking onshore windfarms Clark dodges the question, simply mentioning the door has been opened to onshore wind on remote islands.

The government has announced £30 billion for road improvements, and £1m for our cycle paths. Many paths, according to the boss of the cycle network, are "crap". Which also sums up the government's investment.

The equivalent of 98% of Scotland’s electricity came from wind in October, nearly all from onshore wind. Calculated by . What an incredible result! And good to hear it on 8.00 headlines first!

This is very true , subsidies are regressive. How could you go about encouraging uptake of in a less regressive way? PV subsidy in Germany also regressive iirc, but has done great job at driving down cost of PV.

Hi - do you have emissions checks on your diesel trains, and what are your standards for particulate & NOx emissions? Sitting in one of your trains that has a 5 mins wait in a station, and feeling v bad for people waiting on the platforms.

I had to pay a lot of money to have cavity wall insulation removed from my old house. It had been put in under some scheme by the previous owners but as the walls leaked, it had been ruined and was holding the damp. The installer had gone bankrupt. This is all a scam.

Come on , this is not acceptable. I suspect that the Toyota is not of the plug-in variety either. Can you confirm when these vehicles will be moved out of the public charge point spaces and when your users will be educated on where and how to return their vehicles?

Prediction: & will not be a thing by 2025. Go for a pure 100% battery as soon as you can: e.g. i3, I-Pace, Kona, Leaf, Model 3/S/X, Soul, Zoe “Government-subsidised HYBRIDS may never have been charged.”
