The Bod Ynys Junction to Llanynys village road has been reopened. Due to rising river levels the remaining routes into the village will remain closed tonight

All routes to Llanynys have been closed due to flood water. Routes into the village from Rhewl, Llanrhaedr and Llandyrnog are closed. We are assessing the situation and are doing all we can to reopen the routes into the village. Further updates will be provided in due course.

The B5429 Llysfasi to Rhyd y Meudwy road has re-opened. Plas yn Esgob to Llanynys Church, Llandyrnog has been closed and Green Lane, Corwen and the A5 at the Tyn y Cefn traffic lights remain closed.

The A5 at Tyn y Cefn junction lights has now closed... but Glascoed Road, St Asaph (between Engine Hill and the Business Park) has now re-opened.

Current road closures in Denbighshire: Lower Denbigh Road, St Asaph, Glascoed Road, St Asaph (Engine Hill to Business Park), B5429 Llysfasi to Rhydymeudwy and Green Lane, Corwen. Other roads are passable with care.

Road position remains pretty much the same, but a warning of surface water on the Lower Denbigh Road and Upper Denbigh Road. All passable with care. Other localised issues being dealt with or have been dealt with.

Both Ruthin and Rhyl recycling centres are now closed for the day due to high winds. Denbigh is still open at present
