Y'all know you don't actually have to announce "HIV- & STD Free" after you get tested. You can literally just say you got tested & encourage others to do the same 🙂. We can promote sexual health practices in a way that doesn't insinuate shame if one is to have different results.

I sent my 9year old to a near by kiosk for bread.She inoccently said mama "I can do this."As she walked away,I followed her. She came bouncing back with bread. unnoticed,I run back home.Why the drama?Everyday a girl is defiled. There is NO saftey for our girls. This has to stop.

Day 3:Zassa Sports coaches Clinic- Facilitated a session on a Paralympic sport -Boccia, for the severely Physically disabled.Zambian schools need to include this sport for severely disabled learners so as not to leave anyone behind.
