Thanks for interesting session on system narrative. My take home: having a strong narrative is about clarity of thought on purpose and priorities “if you cant explain in one sentence, it’s normally coz you don’t know”

My 92 yr old friend just paid a driver, and her carer, to take her for a hospital appointment to be given the result of an abdominal scan. She spent two minutes with the doctor being told it was completely normal. Surely there has to be a better way?
