Actually, the door to the captain's office is where it needs to be in relation to the command chairs, but moving clockwise and skipping the turbolifts, the doors should be to the transporter room, the refresher, and the conference room.

That's looking pretty good to me. I think I had seats around the sit table, but otherwise I think you're very close. Perhaps label the doors. Well done!

Pretty close, actually. It resembles my own blueprints. Add in some other details, such as consoles and other seats, and maybe even the surrounding corridors and compartments—captain’s office, conference room, transporter, refresher—and you’re there.
