& as we have a moral duty to do both & or not, & cant have it both ways,if they really care about social tenants & the homeless they must commit to ending bullying in the sector.

Perhaps could ask David why L&Q finds it so difficult to adhere to even the most basic consumer standards preferring to nudge & bully tenants into doing things in ways that have just landed the Regulator led by L&Q ‘s former Head of Development in court. Why David?

Boris is dead set against eradicating bullying in the social housing sector but social tenants must be treated respectfully & fairly by their social landlords & meaningfully involved in any decision making about them. Don’t be like Boris.

Bullying can have an horrific impact on people’s mental health which is why we want the deep culture of bullying in the social housing sector openly addressed. One powerful social landlord has even used its ‘mental health champions‘ to bully people, choicelessly imposing ‘help’.

Many social landlords are now threatening to legally gag tenants for criticising their systemic bullying & failing ways on social media as sector leaders obsessed with their own social status & self esteem call on the public to build more social homes but ignore their bullying

like her mates at isnt prepared to acknowledge bullying in the sector let alone deal with it. She’d prefer tenants to take legal action against the Regulator, the sector & her & because they can hide behind their lawyers their but not forever..

it is getting worse. Now all of us in our block don't seem to have heating and hot water. Meter is working and has credit. Total failure of L&Q yet again. It is very cold outside. Go and get your act together anf sort things out once and for all

I received one too relating to specifically dated interactions I was unaware of. As I am taking legal action against a third party over L&Q's actions this is either sinister or I was sent the wrong data. I must submit a SAR but do fear others are right about data breach .

Just heard about a call to from a hospital discharging a rough sleeper in a wheelchair with a ventilator - requesting advice on rough sleeping sights with electric sockets to keep his breathing equipment going. Paging

Mind & must acknowledge & address the mounting systemic problems tenants & homeowners are experiencing from larger bullying & failing social landlords like L&Q as their reluctance to do so undermines the more investment in social housing message, needed too

would also do well to acknowledge & address the deep culture of bullying in the social housing sector before the concerns of long suffering tenants & homeowners of particularly bullying & failing providers like L&Q derail her slick & evasive social housing narrative.

can you have a serious look at L&Q please, and how it deals with tenants. I have first-hand experience, worsening mental health 1000s are affected by this HA,Management, "Charity" and now even Energy supplier - we are forced to use?

What? Like helping bullying social landlords legally threaten, censor, censure & silence tenants who resort to satire to get the deep culture of bullying in the sector acknowledged & addressed as you try to smear these critics as being evil agents of patriarchy threatening you?

Our long neglected neighbour died last March & his flat is still empty mid-housing crisis as bullying L&Q - which informed me it was too big to deal with individual circumstances like disability-managed to convince it was not big enough & needed to takeover

We also have constant leaks through ceiling, leaks on radiators so boiler pressure keeps collapsing, plaster coming off walls, issue with overflowing drain neighbours have raised but L&Q has so bullied us & bodged repairs it’s mentally healthierto just put up with it

We’ve posted this to highlight the underhand way the sector & its critical friends have responded to being satirised over their more general refusal/failure to act on tenants more straightforwardly evidencing & criticising the deep culture of bullying in the social housing sector
