These stats are not correct. They may be generating power but it is not reaching the people. My Mother, Brother, Sister & family do not have power! My Mom was told that she would not be getting power anytime soon.

PREPA has no way of knowing the real amount of people with electricity. Seems like this is the most reliable way of quantifying how many people has power so far. That and sending bills, hoping people would pay it.

Serious question because it could seem snarky. Any idea what these percentages were before the hurricane? All at 100%? I understood there were existing problems with the power grid, etc.
