As a mediator I’m not a huge fan of avoiding conflict. Engaging with and working through conflict is important. However waking napping children leads to low value conflict that no one needs. .

As a non lawyer who follows/deals with a whole bunch of lawyers, the is a little like watching the elections in the UK. It impacts friends, and I have only a surface understanding of the various positions.
