A lot continues to be happening- not like you didn’t know that already but I say it to commend all of you who are contributing to pushing that needle. I have to go offline for a bit, but will continue to push as well. , Rest In Power.

Ha yeah tell me about it. I’m not built for social media. Blame it on the state of the world keeping me up at night.

Furby I gotchu you’re absolutely right it SHOULDN’T have. I actually 1st started out by writing your last sentence almost exactly but then I decided to go for a more satirical rhetoric just to sharpen the edges. I even added a “totally” just to make sure it sounded extra ignorant

If you’re up to the challenge, you too can transform that shame into power, that power into action, and that action into change. So get some rest, like I said new game starts tomorrow. Maybe you can bring some friends. Hope to see ya out there on the field.

... And it just makes me wonder about all the times BEFORE we were all armed with cameras and internet connections, when words like “icantbreathe” and “bleeding” were already unsettling enough... but couldn’t draw mass worldwide attention and reaction instantly...

If I were watching a movie and police knocked down an old man and left him bleeding on the sidewalk to handcuff someone peacefully protesting, I’d be like “That’s a little on the nose, movie. Maybe be more subtle.”

These victories should embolden us to keep marching forward. History is happening right now. Continue to inform yourself, know where you stand in it. Don’t allow hatred to get in the way of constructive, productive action.

Keep it coming everyone. We're pushing through, obviously nothing happens overnight but it's only been a few nights & things are moving. 4 officers charged. Elected officials changing their tune. Things that WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED if we hadn’t raised our voice.

Just a reminder to be careful if you leave the house because there’s a disease out there that’s relentlessly taking innocent lives. also there’s a coronavirus pandemic.

"Anti-Terrorism" may sound promising but that title does not include the idea that it maximizes criminality for ANYONE who shows any kind of civil opposition- without a warrant, not to mention enforces totalitarian surveillance to uphold said insanity. I'd be in jail by now.

And sadly, meanwhile, in other parts of the world, injustice continues to thrive off the slippery rhetoric of peace maintenance... aka preying on the fears of the voting majority...
