Chairman Jabu Mabuza: We have not maintained when we should have maintained and now the stuff is tearing, and when we got the money we decided to put it into building a new plant with the hopes that it will help but that was not so.

Gordhan: We have also had a decline of money for low level and big repairs and that maintenance has also impacted on the availability of parts. Operational side of the business is not doing well as should, and there is restructuring going on.
