Not sure that’s an accurate statement. I also think many just want to defund teachers’s unions and government schools, especially parents paying double for private or home education already.

No shots were fired because they have better judgment than the violent mob that destroyed a gate to trespass.

Good on DeVos. We the parents pay for this in tax and we the parents absolutely should decide where our dollars go if government educational facilities remained closed.

No one said they were. I discussed the handling the night of. Irrelevant to the property destruction, trespassing, and threats from the mob.

. I am appalled that Kimberly Gardner would be harassing the McCloskey family for protecting their lives and their property. You issued a search warrant and seized their rifle??? The residents of the City of St. Louis should protest against against you.

The daily disgrace is trying to create the illusion that because these people have done these things they should not get to exercise their 2A rights or at least not get any sympathy for doing so.

Yes, that’s exactly how I would describe this witch hunt sham investigation, but not the commutation.

The garbage STL daily is trying to drag every bit of dirt, true or false, they can find about the McCloskeys as tho it has any bearing on the FACT that a violent rage mob destroyed private property & screamed threats while trespassing & caused the couple to fear for their lives.

All you MO GOP better be falling over yourselves to get in front of this and defend rights. You’re either with voters or against them, your choice here. All eyes are watching and taking notes.

In my hometown of St. Louis they’re pushing to defund the police and punish you for defending your life alone by seizing your property and stripping you of your constitutional rights without due process. This isn’t law and order, it’s tyranny.

This is a barely literate editorial written by someone who doesn’t understand the law of my home state (and area of my hometown) as well as I do, so have a million damn seats, anon coward.

I already wrote about this. Ultimately, it’s irrelevant because they were justified: ,

No. The protestors were not peaceful, they destroyed private property to trespass (KMOV and others aired damage) and screamed threats audible on footage. There are no charges because the McCloskeys were in fear of their lives.

We need to go at this hard. This is an inexcusable suspension of rights and an absolute abuse of power.
