Jane and then Ezra nail the limited relevance of survey research to assess moral hazard (~28:00 and 59:00). People may be more motivated to cut emissions if they know about solar geoengineering (SG), yet political outcome may still be less action.

Binary thinking that carbon prices some global uniform price or nothing (48:00). DAC development like that @CarbonEngineer is driven by local high prices like LCFS. And current LCFS will allow DAC-CCS to benefit even without fuels. Local German PV feed-in drove innovation
