How are you handling privacy concerns? Also the concern that people might think they're safe just because their neighbourhood doesn't light up right now, when we know many cases are undiagnosed?

The text message reminder function doesn't work. Also, while I imagine the intent was to keep things simple, how useful is it when you can't tell if one person reports symptoms for 14 days vs 14 people each visiting once?
