For those of you without access to MODnet or Defence Connect, I have uploaded this week's buzzword/staff bingo sheets here. They are the latest copies and any previous versions should be destroyed.

Short thread. I wonder how we will be judged in 200 years, having lived with the norms of today. Personally, I see the damage done to the environment but still guiltily use fossil fuels. I support the idea of fair trade but often buy the cheaper product.

How to really enjoy the rain: 1. Stand at the window (inside) 2. Put non-tea drinking hand on hip 3. Sip tea from mug 4. Mutter “look at that rain”, “it’s really coming down now” or “the garden needs it” 5. Say “good job we got the cushions/washing in” 6. Eat all the biscuits

Today marks 70 years since the start of the Korean War, often described as a forgotten conflict. More than 80,000 British personnel served, under the UN flag, & more than 1,000 died. A further 3,700 Brits were recorded wounded, captured or missing.

I see there’s huge interest in how to make a British cup of tea. ☕️ So I’ve called in my military advisers to get this in the record.
