R u Lancashire/Blackpool now? What a fantastic blue sky/sunny day we've had. If u notice no cloud Eastwards after Sunset, u might spot an atmospheric event called The Belt Of Venus along the horizon. Refracted light from Earth's atmosphere at opposite end of Sunset just after it.

The Norman Fisher Observatory will open to the public tonight between 8pm and 11pm With a nearly full Moon we will concentrate on Venus (but not for long, it is very low at Sunset), Jupiter, Saturn and Mars (which is already past its best and getting worse each week).
