It's the last day before the Teddy Bears' Picnic at the Crowsnest Museum. I stopped by a favourite among locals, Chris' Restaurant, for breakfast before going to the Coleman Legion. I cannot wait to see everyone tomorrow!

I went to the Holy Ghost Cafe for coffee this morning before cooling off at Flumerfelt Park. Flumerfelt Park was donated to the community in 1910 by the International Coal and Coke Company, just five years after the Catholic Church, now known as the Holy Ghost Cafe opened in 1905

I’ve been told that the Crowsnest Pass has some of the best fly-fishing in Canada so I stopped by the Crowsnest Cafe and Fly Shop to book a guided fly-fishing tour. While I was there, I grabbed a good-morning bagel and an iced-coffee for the road!

All of the excitement from the Sinister 7 weekend at the beginning of July inspired me to take up running! I stopped by Spry to get fitted for a good pair of running shoes and pick up a few other accessories. I’ve got just under a year to train for the next Sinister 7 race!

I had a blast at the Real Country radio station. I was fortunate enough to visit during Courtney’s last week. After an early morning, I decided to grab lunch at Blackrock’s pizza and play a few arcade games!

The Pass Community Pool was a great place to stop to cool down on a hot summer’s afternoon. Don’t worry, I made sure to put my sunscreen on and grabbed a life jacket before jumping into the water!

I started my day off at the Stone's Throw Cafe and had some great coffee and baked goods! Afterwards, I made my way to the historic Gushul studio before taking a break at the Gazebo and reading about the Blairmore Band Stage.
