Glad to hear it! Sorry for the delays tonight, not ideal at all for anyone involved. Please make sure they retain their tickets and make a note of when they get to their end station, and claim at ^AG

Not good to hear Sarah. I can try and get our Controls to speak regarding road transport but the lines have just been reopened. If you're going towards Bournemouth there are two trains there or thereabouts right now Sarah. ^AG

Hi Sarah, we understand that road transport has been requested for all travelling on to Bournemouth via Control - it will take a little time to resource these cabs and get them to the area but they have been requested. ^AG

We don't operate buffet cars Tony, but a service at seat should have been operating on this train until at least York or Darlington I'd imagine (the catering crew leave the train at Newcastle) - we don't generally operate catering on trains much beyond 8pm. Apologies. ^AG

Thanks for confirming. Yeah, the London NorthWestern Railway service has been cancelled. You will be best contacting them directly to see if they have any ticket acceptance in place. There is a service an hour later, though. We have tagged them in for you - ^LA
