Gotcha, sorry to hear you were bit by this. Bugs happen though. We do our best to fix & release bugs ASAP, and we’re working to improve Craft’s test coverage to reduce likelihood of us missing things like this when testing.

The issue you linked to is for a bug that was introduced in 3.2.5. So if you’re still on 3.1.x, you aren’t affected by it.

“Breakpoint” = a version you must update to before you can update further, as explained by that message you just quoted.

Double slash ended up being a Craft bug (). Shouldn’t matter though since it’s in the query string and Craft ignores empty path segments.

The Settings → Plugins page will ping our API to get updated license statuses, just after page load. So it will be something with that. Almost certainly will be listed in web.log. Try clearing your whole storage/logs/ folder, reproduce the error, then search web.log for [error]

Also, if you are running Craft in a Vagrant box, it’s possible that those “3 hour old” logs are actually much more recent, if the box’s clock is off. Save a new entry w/out a Post Date selected and you can see what time Craft thought it was from the assigned Post Date.

May not be Craft, then. Try opening your browser’s Network tab, filter by XHR requests, and watch for the error. When it happens you should see a request logged there with a non-200 response code. What request URL is it? Any helpful info in the response?

The only other place to check is phperrors.log. Anything recent in there?

I’m not able to reproduce that on my end. Are you running the latest version? If you’re still seeing it after updating, please send your composer.json & composer.lock files, and a database backup over to support@craftcms.com
