Costa Coffee
Babyccinos are now free in all our stores. What’s a Babyccino? It’s not a tiny pair of khaki trousers, it’s just lightly frothed milk in a tiny cup.

Please make it clearer to your customers that this DOESN’T include the choc babyccino (rebranded mini hot choc, not on the menu) and doesn’t include flake/marshmallow, which’ll need to be bough separately.

When you say free, do you mean 'free when an adult purchases a drink' or 'completely free'? I used to treat my kids to these after swimming but don't want a drink myself which makes it more expensive if it's the former option...

I didn’t even know they existed and when my daughter was a toddler and starting to eat food etc they came over and asked would she like one. She’s now 5&1/2 and loves ordering them and then gets asks if she wants coco or cinnamon she thinks she’s great lol

Up until last week the flake was included, but yesterday it was off the menu and they’re charging 40p+ for the flake 🙄

Nearly the same price as the babyccino 40/45p.

I believe it’s still included with a mini hot choc, as a vege alternative to a marshmallow.

The staff at several locations have been charging extra for the flake with the mini hot choc. Staff need training!

Trust me, the staff are doing their best. They’ve been receiving conflicting information in the various correspondence they’re sent.

The mini hot choc is to only be served with a marshmallow. A flake will be 45p. This is the new brand standard.
