In order to meet this deadline, they may have to close of the seating area a little early to enable them to clean down. However, they should be serving drinks up until the advertised closing time. I will flag this to the area manager.

I'm really sorry Chris. I do know that with our stores that are located within another retailer, ie Tesco, Next, etc, the team have to ensure they are ready to vacate the store by the time set by the main retailer.
