Lead generation ads which result in persistent contact from Zenith Home and associated companies. Some of the dismal results of this can be read about on the main review sites.

The ‘Financial Editor’ in the ads is actually an Account Manager at in West Sussex. They receive payments for everyone lured in by these misleading promoted ads. Meanwhile looks the other way.

Have you asked their ‘Financial Editor’ Tessa Gillies? I mentioned it once but I don’t think I got away with it all right.

Several very similar reports on Trustpilot and . They were fined £330K for behaviour like this in 2017. Probably best to report to Trading Standards (see screenshot) and also call the Zenith/Kairos HQ on 01606 866500

Don't be misled by this into thinking there are any sort of grants available. You only "qualify" for being "fully covered" if you pay for a funeral plan, in the same way you qualify for a loaf of bread if you go to a bakers and buy one.

Around 6 weeks ago I reported many reviews that I suspect to be fake. These all relate to Zenith Home, a company that pays for your business service. I haven’t had a reply. Does this comply with your customer service standards?
