A law which would deny parole to killers who refuse to disclose the location of bodies is proposed.

Connor, your efforts to get Helens Law approved have been brilliant. Simms is desperately trying to evade saying where he has hidden Helen McCourts body. His crime is despicable. No body, no remorse = No parole, simple and fair. Keep up all your efforts to get this Bill into law
