No trains seen on my daily exercise today. Not that any trains have been along this former line for many years! Any guesses where it is? [Clue, there is a station with the same name in Cumbria] cc

We partner with to promote how - a simple 'hello' might save a life on the railway. 📞📱🤳 But even if you're not travelling just now, it's a good time to remember the power a chat with friends and loved ones can have. ➡

Simple, life-saving advice on getting out & about safely for daily exercise, if you're not self-isolating - please share with others in your communities. The 2m & 'from your house' parts seem to be confounding many in my area!

Never thought I'd be so excited to see a shelf full of toilet rolls! There's plenty for us all (even a choice!) if we all just shop once a week and sensibly! Good self distancing measures

From what I'm seeing locally, and messages like this from local authorities, there's far more we need to do to convince everyone, except key workers, to to save lives And if you are getting out to exercise, to keep a distance of at least 2m

Great to see our team, members & partners adapting & keeping going in these challenging circumstances - what better time to take stock, develop & improve our position, so we can help our communities rebuild & reconnect when we come out the other side of this
