If you want to understand why the woke shit gets pushed so hard by corporate America, think about what the left was doing 10 years ago. They were standing outside of big banks screaming "we are the 99%" If I were Bank of America, I'd want to talk about microaggressions too.

I just attended a session at a marketing conference that talked about how a massive amount of company budgets will need to be spent in the coming years for damage control based on employee activism. So another reason they want to seem like the "good guys" to their woke employees.
