Buhari is forcefully establishing these Fulani settlements across Benue State. They call it I can't imagine the entitlement mentality this will give the Fulanis. They are above the law in Benue State. The contractor "Clear Sky Broad Band" is an ICT company

By virtue of the Land Use Act, only a Governor could decide to accede to that request or not. If Buhari forces it, let the AG of Benue State get to work.

has always been the name for fulani settlements just like you have what we call hausa quarters in the southern states. We should focus our energy at seeing that herdsmen are not armed and forget about where anyone chooses to settle down in his country.

P.O.C: Hausa Quarters were not forced on the original owners of wherever they exist, in most cases the Fed govt is rarely aware, it's just a term used to describe an area with a large concentration of Hausas, You don't seize a people's land and hand over to another tribe!

I heard Benue state Governor openly rejected the idea... How can you put both enemies in the same room and expect peace in return...? Buhari has proven beyond all reasonable and unreasonable doubt how brainless or rather how "smart" he is.
